We're Macey & Danny Heim, Atlanta wedding photographers with over fourteen years of experience capturing love stories across Georgia. As a husband and wife team, we understand firsthand that love is something to be celebrated, and we want to celebrate the two of YOU.

We strive to be storytellers, always looking to find the raw emotion, little details, and in-between moments. We’re not going to simply work down a checklist of tired poses and pinterest must-haves, but to capture the essence of your day and deliver images that take you right back.

We want to feel like a friend you’ve known for years and show up on your wedding day ready to help in all the ways, capture the real moments, and party as we celebrate with you (and all your favorite people) on one of the biggest nights of your life. 

So many of the relationships we’ve built with our clients over the years have turned into some of our most cherished friendships. We are the vendors who will cheer you on in every new season of your lives together — even long after the wedding day is over. 

We live just outside of Atlanta with our two sons Roman + Reign, and our two English Springer Spaniels Kota + Birdie. When we’re not working you’ll probably find us cleaning up toys in the playroom, spending way too much time in a thrift store, doing yard work, or sipping one of Danny’s cocktails while watching basketball, golf, or reality TV.

  • I’ll always describe what I do as having a front row seat to the most joyous times in peope’s lives. It’s a responsibility I do not take lightly.

    My favorite thing to photograph is emotion and the little moments in time that most people wouldn’t even notice. The way your Mom watched as you danced with your Father. The little squeeze you gave each other as you finally met at the end of the aisle. The way a first time Dad carefully swaddles his baby and tries until he gets it just right, or how a new Mom…with tired eyes… looks at her newborn with so much pride.

    As someone who feels all the feels, it’s not unusual for me to be tearing up behind the camera as you walk down the aisle, or as you dance with your grandfather at your reception. I love what I do for a multitude of reasons, but mostly because I get to capture people’s feelings (both big and small) for them to relive again and again.
